There are many benefits to be enjoyed by practising Taoist Tai Chiâ„¢ internal arts of health. In the Greater Toronto Area we offer Tai Chi classes at 10 full time locations including Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Toronto Downtown (D'Arcy Street), Toronto Midtown (Bathurst Street south of St. Clair), Upper Beaches (Kingston Road) and Whitby.
